How can we help?
Answers to common questions. Can’t find yours? Write to us — we reply within a day.
No. Manzar doesn’t connect to banks or ask for card details. You record transactions yourself — with a phrase, your voice, a receipt photo or a Humo or Uzcard notice forwarded to the bot.
Add your accounts: cash is an account, just like a card. Then record your first transaction — with a phrase, your voice, a receipt photo or a Humo or Uzcard notice forwarded to the bot.
The app is getting ready for the App Store and Google Play. Leave your email and we’ll send one note on launch day. You can start right now in the browser or in Telegram.
Yes. Cash is an account, just like a card. There are seven currencies: sum, dollar, euro, ruble, tenge, yuan and pound. Totals are kept per currency — we never add sums and dollars together.
An exchange is its own transaction between two accounts. You enter your own rate; the CBU rate is shown as a hint.
Yes: who owes whom, by when, and how much has come back. Lending the same person more? Add it from the debt’s card — no new debt appears, the existing one grows.
Yes, in the app and the web version. Upload a CSV or XLSX file — a bank statement or any other table with dates and amounts. The columns are found for you, you see what was read before anything is written, and rows that look already recorded are skipped. Income and spending come across; right after it’s written, the whole import can be undone in one tap.
Yes. There’s a web version — app.moonwealth.net, with sign-up by email or Google. You can connect the bot later in your profile.
Write “taxi 25000 cash” or “lunch 12$ card” — the bot picks the account from the currency and the way you paid. You can also send a voice message in Russian or Uzbek, forward a notice from the Humo or Uzcard bot, or send a receipt photo.
Yes, with Pro: ask “how much did I spend on taxis in October?” and the bot answers from your records. Recording transactions in the bot works without Pro too.
No. Isolation works at the database level (RLS): every record is tied to your account, and a request from another account won’t return it.
Yes. Transactions export as a CSV table that opens in Excel. In the app and the web version you download the file; in the mini-app the bot sends it straight to the chat.
Yes. In your profile you can erase all records or delete the account entirely — for good.
No. We only note steps along the way: a button tap on the site, sign-up, the first account, the first transaction. Amounts, accounts, categories, names and emails never reach the statistics.
